OUR VISION STATEMENT
Adam is a Pretoria Boys High old boy who obtained his BLC and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria. He did his articles at Savage Jooste & Adams Attorneys in Pretoria and was admitted in 2001 and thereafter began building the firm to where it is today. He specializes in Insurance Litigation, Road Engineering Liability, Municipal Liability, Agricultural Liability, Retail Liability and Medical Negligence. Adam also obtained a Masters degree in Insurance and Governance from the University of Pretoria in 2020 and also has acted as a Judge of the High Court of South Africa.
Rebotile Thobejane is an LLB graduate from the University of Pretoria and completed her articles at the firm. Following her admission, she gained experience at a specialist insurance firm before returning as a Director. She is an Admitted Attorney and Notary Public and specialises in trial litigation and complex liability matters. She runs the firm’s notarial practice, motor and asset recovery and third-party practice, and specialist collections department.
Bennie attained his BCom Law (1996), and LLB degree (1997) at the University of Pretoria. He did his articles at the University of Pretoria Legal Aid Clinic and later at VDT Attorneys in Pretoria. He was admitted as attorney, notary and conveyancer early in 1999. During 2002 he attained an MCom (Tax) at the University of Pretoria. He advises several commercial clients on a wide range of commercial aspects ranging from corporate structuring, drafting of commercial agreements and commercial litigation to property transactions and collection of debt. He obtained practical commercial experience when he joined a listed company for a period of 6 years in a senior operational management position.
Namhla is a Claremont High former Head Girl who obtained her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. She did her articles at Prinsloos and was admitted in 2025. She got retained as an Associate who specialises in road engineering liability, motor and asset recoveries, trial litigation and specialist collections.
Christian is an Associate working alongside Mr. Adam Prinsloo dealing mainly with insurance matters especially those resulting in litigation out of the Magistrates’ Court. Previously, he completed his articles at the Pretoria based insurance law firm of Savage Jooste & Adams and is a BCom LLB graduate from the University of Pretoria.
